Hotel reservations at the JW Marriott Indianapolis are NOT included in your summit registration and should be made separately.
The Arthritis Foundation has negotiated the following nightly rates for attendees. If lodging is available, this rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the published summit dates (based on availability). The group rate is available until June 16, 2026. After this date, we cannot guarantee the group rate will be available.
The room rate is $219.00/night plus tax for one standard room. Standard room options have one king bed or two queen beds (up to 4 people maximum).
Hotel reservations under the group rate will be available online. Guests will have access to book, modify or cancel their hotel reservations and receive updated information about the event through the group reservation link once registered.

Important Booking Details
Guests who reserve outside the designated room block will be subject to a daily destination fee. Booking within the block not only waives this fee but also secures our exclusive group rate.
Please note: reservations must be made before the cutoff date to receive these benefits. Book early to ensure availability and savings.

Hotel guests can enjoy valet and self-parking for a fee, including in-and-out privileges. The following are the hotel’s current daily parking rates and are subject to change:
- Self-Parking (on-site): $59 per day — includes in/out privileges
- Self-parking entrances off Maryland St. and Washington St.
- Valet Parking: $80 per day
Travel from Indianapolis International Airport (IND)
- UberX Estimate: ~$29 one-way to JW Marriott Indianapolis
- Estimated Drive Time: About 20–24 minutes, depending on traffic conditions
- Train Station: Union Station - Amtrak
This hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport.
