Living Well with Movement emphasizes the critical role of physical activity in managing arthritis and improving overall well-being. It dispels common myths about movement and pain, reinforcing that regular, appropriate activity helps reduce stiffness, improve function, and support mental health.
Kristen Siminski PT, DipACLM, CCCE, Nationally Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Certified Health and Wellness Coach from Cape Cod VNA, will provide practical guidance on how to safely start and maintain a movement routine, including recommended activity levels, adaptable exercises, and pacing strategies. Kristen will highlight that movement can take many forms from structured exercise to everyday activities,, and encourage participants to find enjoyable, sustainable ways to stay active while leveraging community resources and professional support.
