Living with pain can take the joy out of daily activities, but there’s a lot you can do to manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

In recognition of Pain Awareness Month, join us for a FREE event. Dr. Matthew Werger, Orthopedic Surgeon, BI Milton, will share how lifestyle measures and exercises can help relieve pain and improve quality of life. Don’t let arthritis control you – empower yourself with the right knowledge to take charge and lead a full life! Refreshments will be provided.

This event is free but registration is required as lunch will be provided.
